Prices are quoted per piece and hold for 30 days. Metal weight and stone size are confirmed on the CAD, which is the reference for the finished piece.
Production starts only after you approve the CAD in writing. Changes after approval are re-quoted.
Bespoke and private-label pieces are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects, because they cannot be resold.
Your design stays yours. We do not reproduce a customer CAD for anyone else, and we keep your moulds out of our stock line.
Contracts are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China; disputes are handled by negotiation first.
