Stock styles ship in 1–3 business days. Bespoke pieces ship 12–18 business days after CAD approval; OEM bulk runs 25–40 days.
DHL, FedEx and SF Express, all insured and tracked door to door.
US 3–7 days, EU 4–9 days, Middle East 5–10 days, rest of world 5–14 days.
Import duty and VAT are the buyer’s responsibility unless we quote DDP in writing.
If a parcel is lost or held, we file the claim with the carrier and remake or refund — you do not chase the carrier for us.
