Returnable within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Non-returnable unless the piece arrives damaged or materially differs from the approved CAD.
Photograph the parcel and the piece within 72 hours of delivery and we remake or refund.
If we made a mistake on sizing, stone or finish against the approved CAD, the remake is on us.
Send a reference photo or a drawing. We return a CAD render and a fixed quote within 48 hours — no obligation, no minimum on bespoke pieces.
